He’s an absolute pleasure to deal with and to have working in the house. He’s punctual, respectful, polite and can always explain clearly what needs doing and how he intends to fix / do it. He takes his job very seriously and I’ve always been pleased with his work.
James answered our request for some work required by our insurance company within 24 hours (the only one to respond of four requests submitted). He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. He will definitely become our plumber of choice in the future.

James responded quickly and did a thorough job with minimal disruption. It was a very difficult job but James tackled it without having to dig up my kitchen floor. He did not overcharge and stayed well past 6pm to get it sorted. So pleased with his work and very relieved . Highly recommended
James is courteous and efficient. It's not easy these days to find a reliable plumber who goes out of their way to give excellent service. I recommend James to anyone seeking plumbing jobs around their homes or businesses.

Brilliant service- James replaced our bath overflow and popup waste. Arrived bang on time, a pleasure to have in our house. Second time we've used James and wouldn't hesitate to use him again as our first choice.
James installed a bath and shower screen for me, in place of a wet room that came with the house I've recently moved into. He checked with me as he went to make sure I was happy before proceeding. Everything went very well, and everything cleared away before he left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I called James about a leaky pipe and he was round within an hour. The pipe was quickly fixed and while he was here, I showed him another problem with a wobbly tap. He tightened this quickly as well. Highly recommend James.
James is the plumber you always hoped would turn up at your home. He is a problem solver, meticulous worker and he does what he promises he will do. I will be hiring his impressive skills again soon.
